Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Junior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment supporting the growth and management of our corporate client portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives on building strong client relationships, responds proactively to inbound leads, and is constantly seeking new business opportunities. A meticulous approach and previous experience managing corporate clients are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads, ensuring optimal conversion and client satisfaction.
  • Actively manage and nurture ongoing relationships with a portfolio of existing corporate clients.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Leverage your own client book to drive business development and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for corporate clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and client reports.
  • Keep accurate, detailed records of client interactions and account statuses.

Must have requirements

  • Extensive experience managing corporate clients in a business development or account management capacity.
  • Highly detail-oriented, with a proven track record of maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads.

Nice to have requirements

  • Prior experience working in Dubai or within the UAE market.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Fluency in additional languages apart from English.
  • Experience in presenting to and negotiating with C-level executives.
