Junior Civil Engineer

MakinMasr for Contracting is Hiring | Site Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Location: Ain Sokhna, Suez

MakinMasr is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to support the execution of our construction and industrial projects, working closely with senior site engineers and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute site works (excavation, foundations, columns, slabs, steel structures, and finishing) according to approved drawings and specifications.

Follow up daily progress with foremen and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed on schedule.

Prepare daily and weekly site reports, and record quantities of executed works.

Inspect completed works and ensure compliance with quality standards and Egyptian Code requirements.

Coordinate with the technical office, quality, and procurement teams to resolve site queries.

Monitor labor, materials, and equipment on site.

Apply HSE procedures and ensure a safe working environment.

Assist in surveying and setting out works, and in preparing interim quantities (IPCs).

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a government university.

Fresh graduate (class of 2025 or 2026), or up to 1 year of experience.

Site training or internship experience is a plus.

Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel).

Good command of English (written and spoken).

Willingness to work on site in Ain Sokhna, and to work under pressure.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Completed or exempted military service is preferred.
