Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications
• Diploma or associate degree in: Civil / Mechanical Engineering
• Architectural Drafting
• Technical certification in CAD drafting (is an ADVANTAGE)

Required Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Ability to prepare:
• Shop drawings
• Fabrication drawings
• As-built drawings
• GA (General Arrangement) drawings
• Detail drawings
• Understanding of engineering and architectural drawings.
• Ability to perform quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs.
• Familiarity with IFC drawings and consultant comments.
• Documentation and drawing revision control
• Strong dimensional and geometric accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Revit, BIM, Tekla Structures, SolidWorks, or other 3D modeling software (is an ADVANTAGE)

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of drafting experience of steel structures, cladding, roofing, architectural, projects.
• A Fresher or newly graduate who is willing to take a career in cladding design can be considered.
