Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Junior Client Relations Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day interactions with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing their inquiries and concerns. Key responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer support, and delivering timely responses to customer feedback to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
• Proven experience in Customer Experience and Support
• Experience in building and maintaining Client Relations
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to dynamic environments
• 1–4 years of experience in Real Estate
• Proficiency in relevant software and customer management tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
