We are hiring a Junior Compensation Specialist!

Are you a numbers person who wants to start a career in HR We are looking for a Junior Compensation Specialist to join our team and help us manage our pay programs and data. If you are organized, analytical, and love a good spreadsheet, we want to hear from you.

What you will do:

• Support the daily administration of salary and bonus programs.
• Help gather data for market surveys and benchmarking.
• Ensure our HRIS data is 100% accurate.
• Assist with job evaluations and internal audits.
• Learn from senior specialists to build your total rewards expertise.

What we are looking for:

• 0-2 years of experience (fresh grads are welcome!).
• Solid Excel skills.
• A detail-oriented mindsetyou catch the small mistakes others miss.
• A passion for learning the financial side of human resources.
