Job Title: Junior Content Creator
Salary: AED 5,500 per month (all-inclusive)
Role Purpose
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and hands-on Junior Content Creator to support the production of engaging digital content promoting golf and leisure products across the UAE. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and build strong digital storytelling skills across social media, video, and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Creative Support
- Assist in creating golf and leisure-related photo and video content for digital platforms.
- Support the production of short-form and basic long-form content for social media, mobile app, website, and campaigns.
- Design simple creative assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or InDesign.
- Ensure content follows brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual standards.
- Support senior team members and designers with creative briefs and execution.
Digital & Social Media
- Support day-to-day management of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
- Assist in scheduling and publishing content using tools such as Sprinklr.
- Help maintain and update content calendars.
- Monitor basic engagement metrics and trends.
- Support community engagement by responding to comments and messages when required.
Campaign & Marketing Support
- Assist in content execution for marketing campaigns, seasonal offers, and events.
- Support delivery of member and guest communications via social media, newsletters, and WhatsApp.
- Help with basic creative requirements for tournaments and promotions.
Website & Performance Support
- Assist with updating content on golf and leisure websites.
- Ensure website visuals and content remain accurate and up to date.
- Support SEO-focused content and basic digital campaign creatives.
- Help track content performance and report observations to the team.
PR, Media & Coordination
- Support content preparation for press releases and media coverage.
- Assist during photo and video shoots, including basic on-site coordination.
- Coordinate with agencies or freelancers under guidance from senior team members.
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and front-of-house teams.
- Ensure promotional visuals are updated across customer-facing areas.
- Support smooth execution of live promotions and experiences.
Events & Tournaments
- Assist during golf, padel, and corporate events.
- Capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Support post-event content and communications.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- 12 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic video editing knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.
- Willingness to learn SEO, digital performance, and paid media basics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Flexible to work evenings or weekends during events if required.
- Based in Dubai or open to relocation to the UAE.
