MonkiBox is a fast-growing early learning company based in Dubai, delivering science-backed Play Boxes for babies and toddlers across the GCC.
Our mission is to make parenting easier and help children reach their developmental milestones through play. We're a small, passionate team serving thousands of parents across the UAE, KSA, and beyond, and we're looking for a creative Junior Content Creator who can edit, design, plan, and post content across our social platforms. Love filming, editing, designing and making engaging short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat Read on.
You'll work closely with our founder and marketing to create videos, trends, and stories that reflect MonkiBox's purpose and bring our brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and beyond. Think of yourself as both the designer, creator, and the storyteller showing the world MonkiBox through your eye, your creativity, and your Gen Z energy.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that align with MonkiBox's tone, aesthetic, and message
- Spot and adapt viral trends, audios, and formats into MonkiBox-style content (not copy-paste trends)
- Capture clean, aesthetic product content: Unboxings, Hands-on play moments, Behind-the-scenes clips
- Create clean, on-brand visuals for posts & stories
- Plan and publish content consistently across social platforms
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative ideas and campaigns to life
- Join weekly brainstorms and present fresh content ideas, hooks, and storylines
- Track basic content performance and audience feedback to improve future posts
Who You are
You're a good fit if you:
- Are early in your career (02 years experience)
- Are confident with video editing and basic design
- Can plan and execute without being micromanaged
- Are organized and reliable with posting schedules
- Want to grow into a strong content role over time
- Passionate about creativity, aesthetics, products, and visual storytelling
- Strong sense of what makes a moment engaging, funny, satisfying, or emotional
- A natural storyteller who spends time on TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Strong filming skills on phone (steady framing, lighting, composition)
- You genuinely love creating content, it's not just a job
- You scroll TikTok/Instagram for inspiration and trends
- You understand strong hooks and short-form storytelling
- You're curious, fast, and full of ideas
- You bring positive, fun energy to shoots and collaboration
- You're not afraid to experiment, test formats, or try new styles
- You take feedback well and improve quickly

- You only want to manage without creating
- You dislike structure or deadlines
- You hate revisions or feedback
Skills We Need
Required
- Video editing (CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut)
- Basic design (Canva / Figma / Adobe)
- Understanding of Instagram & TikTok formats
- Ability to plan and follow a content calendar
- Portfolio required (IG/TikTok/Drive links)
Nice To Have
- Experience with UGC content
- Parenting / kids / lifestyle content exposure
- Basic analytics understanding
- Arabic is a plus
