Key Responsibilities
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in maintaining the cost baseline and tracking project commitments, actuals, and expenditures.
- Reporting & Analysis: Support the preparation of monthly cost reports and perform variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from the planned budget.
- Data Consolidation: Collect and consolidate financial data from various departments (Procurement, Operations, Maintenance) to update forecasts and management dashboards.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience: 02 years of experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) is essential.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or Power BI is a significant advantage.
