Euro Mechanical is looking for a Junior Cost Control Engineer.

This position is open to Emirati Nationals only.

The Junior Cost Engineer/ Accountant is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining effective cost forecasting, monitoring, and control systems for projects within the EPC Business Unit. The role ensures accurate cost forecasting, cost reporting, and financial performance monitoring to support informed decision‑making, drive cost efficiency, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and in compliance with contractual and client requirements. The role also supports earned value management, change management, and claims-related cost analysis throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and performance against approved plans.
• Develop and maintain cost breakdown structures (CBS) and project cost databases.
• Coordinate with construction, procurement, finance, and planning teams to ensure accurate cost reporting and schedule integration.
• Track KPIs, commitments, accruals, variances, risks, and opportunities, and prepare monthly cost and trend reports.
• Support Project Managers with cost analysis, forecasting, variation orders, and claims evaluation.
• Assist in improving project controls processes and ensuring effective project delivery.
