Role Summary:

You will support the production and logistics teams by maintaining precise records of raw materials, inventory levels, and shipment schedules.

Responsibilities:

-Enter and update product specifications, including fabric weight (GSM), fiber content, and color codes (Pantone/Lab values).

-Update logs for incoming raw fibers, yarns, and chemicals, ensuring the digital inventory matches the physical stock in the warehouse.

-Input data from daily loom or knitting reports to track machine efficiency and output.

-Record results from fabric inspections (e.g., 4-point system) and log any identified defects or seconds.

-Generate and track POs for trims, buttons, zippers, and other garment accessories.

Requirements:

-Bachelor in Business or equivalent; an interest in fashion/textiles is a major plus.

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP software knowledge.

-fresh graduate is most welcome.
