Role Description: (This role is applicable for undergraduates too)

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Digital Specialist for one of our venture called Spree, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Digital Specialist will help develop and implement digital activities, assist in executing digital marketing campaigns, manage projects to ensure effective delivery, contribute in content acquisition and creation. The role involves conducting analysis, creating reports, and collaborating with teams to enhance communication and optimize results. The position also requires a proactive approach to identifying improvements in digital processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills and base knowledge of digital marketing and internet businesses
• Effective communication abilities for collaboration with cross-functional digital activities
• Knowledge of digital marketing and experience in crafting and executing digital activities
• Proficiency in project management to organize workflows and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with emerging digital tools and trends
• Adaptability for a hybrid work environment and the ability to work independently when needed

Compensation:

• A base salary of EGP15,000 for 3 months and 25% increase after 3 months
• Social & Medical insurance after 3 months probationary period
• Free of charge relative integrated courses and certifications from international institutions
