- Drawing Production:- Produce and update construction drawings under guidance from Intermediate and
Senior Engineers.- Assist in preparing shop drawings, detailing, and revisions for Structural & Bridge
or Utilities & Roads projects.
- Technical Assistance:- Support Intermediate Engineers in design development tasks and temporary
works drawings.- Collect and organize technical information, site data, and design references.
- Quality & Standards Compliance:- Follow office drafting standards and templates.- Ensure drawings meet project-specific requirements and comply with UAE and
international codes.
- Team Collaboration:- Work under the supervision of Intermediate Engineers and Team Leads to ensure
timely delivery of outputs.- Participate in internal reviews and implement feedback promptly.
- Documentation & Reporting:- Maintain proper version control and filing of drawings and related technical
documents.- Report progress and issues to the Intermediate Engineer or Team Lead
Requirements
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering
- Experience:- 0-3 years of experience, preferably with exposure to infrastructure or construction
projects.- Internship or academic project experience in construction drawings is acceptable.
- Technical Skills:- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation for drafting tasks.- Basic understanding of structural or civil engineering principles.- Familiarity with UAE and international standards is a plus
- Communication & Teamwork:- Ability to take direction and work under supervision.- Basic English communication skills (written and spoken)
