Junior Draftsman (Renovation & Fit-out)

Revive Building Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based design and build contractor specializing in high-end residential renovations, fit-outs, extensions, landscaping, and bespoke joinery. With an in-house technical team and joinery facility, we manage projects from design and approvals through execution and final handover. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Draftsman to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings for renovation and fit-out projects

• Conduct site visits and take accurate site measurements

• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings

• Prepare existing-condition and as-built drawings

• Update drawings based on site conditions and project changes

• Coordinate drawings with the design, engineering, and site teams

• Assist with authority and technical drawing requirements

• Maintain organized drawing files and revisions

• Support project teams with drawings required during execution

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD

• Ability to take accurate site measurements and translate them into drawings

• Good understanding of architectural and fit-out drawings

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• UAE renovation, fit-out, or construction experience is preferred

• Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred
