Hire Pals is supporting a leading international architecture and engineering consultancy in the recruitment of a Junior Electrical Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join their team in New Cairo.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer with experience in electrical building design who is looking to develop their technical skills and work on multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of electrical systems for building projects.
- Prepare and develop engineering drawings, models and technical documentation.
- Assist with electrical design calculations and design development.
- Work closely with senior engineers and other disciplines to coordinate designs.
- Ensure drawings and deliverables are accurate and meet project requirements.
- Support the preparation of design options and technical solutions.
- Deliver assigned work within agreed project deadlines.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of relevant electrical design experience, ideally within an engineering/design consultancy.
- Experience in building electrical systems.
- Good working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of DIALux and other electrical design tools is advantageous.
- Good understanding of engineering design and drafting.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary design team.
