Job Description

iSchool is looking for an experienced Junior Content Developer to lead the development of embedded systems and robotics educational content.

This is a leadership role, where you will not only create high-quality technical content but also guide and mentor content developers, ensuring that all learning materials meet pedagogical excellence and industry standards.

You will play a key role in shaping the curriculum strategy, structure, and delivery, contributing directly to building a scalable and impactful learning experience for students across Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of end-to-end embedded systems & robotics curriculum
  • Create and oversee:
    • Interactive lessons, tutorials, and technical content
    • Hands-on projects and real-world applications
    • Assessments and evaluation frameworks
  • Supervise and mentor junior content developers, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Contribute to curriculum strategy, structure, and roadmap planning
  • Review and enhance content based on student feedback and performance insights
  • Maintain high standards of content quality, clarity, and engagement
  • Handle additional project leadership and cross-functional tasks as needed

Requirements

At least one year of experience in:

  • Embedded systems
  • Electronics or robotics

Proven experience in:

  • Curriculum development, training, or teaching (highly preferred)

Hands-on experience with:

  • Microcontrollers (ESP32, ATmega)
  • Embedded C/C++
  • Sensors, actuators, and communication protocols
