Key Responsibilities
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements for estimation purposes.
Prepare precast proposal from architectural drawings
Prepare project estimates, quantity take-offs, and material calculations based on drawings and specifications.
Prepare BOQs, proposal sketches / drawings, and project requirements for estimation purposes.
Preparing quotations, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
Coordinate with client, consultant.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams for estimation requirements.
Regular follow-up of quotes submitted to clients.
Issue order information to stake holders and transfer data into system.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil).
3 to 5 years of experience in estimation within the precast industry.
Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQ preparation, and quantity surveying.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and Plan Swift.
