About The Role
The Junior HR and Finance Associate will support both HR operations and finance functions, contributing to smooth internal processes, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with UAE regulations. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across HR, finance, payroll, and statutory compliance.
What We are Looking For
Human Resources (HR)
- Support recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR files
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and internal communications
- Assist payroll coordination through accurate attendance records
- Support compliance with UAE Labour Law
Finance Support
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and financial record maintenance
- Support invoice preparation and expense tracking
- Coordinate with internal and external accountants
Tax & Compliance Support
- Assist in collecting and organizing statutory compliance records
- Coordinate follow-ups related to tax filings and submissions
Who's the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree or MBA, postgraduate degree, ACCA/CMA (part or fully qualified), or relevant academic background
- 12 years of relevant experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of HR, finance, or accounting principles
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications
