Junior Full Stack Developer — Next.js & Strapi

Location: Dubai, UAE | On-site

STATERA is looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to support and maintain a non-transactional website for a major telecommunications client in Dubai.

This role combines hands-on development, website maintenance and technical support. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, a structured approach to troubleshooting and a commitment to service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance the website using Next.js and Strapi.
Investigate and resolve technical incidents, bugs and support tickets.
Implement updates to pages, components and CMS functionality.
Monitor website availability, performance and usability.
Escalate infrastructure issues to the relevant teams and follow up through resolution.
Document fixes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Required Skills

Less than 4 years of professional experience, with solid full stack development skills.
Practical experience with Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript and Strapi.
Good knowledge of Node.js, REST APIs, HTML and CSS.
Familiarity with Git, deployment workflows and application debugging.
Ability to distinguish application issues from infrastructure incidents.
Professional proficiency in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.
Strong communication skills, ownership and attention to detail.
