Position Overview
We are seeking fresh industrial designer with a Fine Arts background to join our creative team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate to apply their artistic vision and technical expertise to the development of luxury products across our fragrance, crystal, ceramic collections and leather accessories. You will work at the intersection of traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology, helping to shape products that define luxury in today's market.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative luxury products including fragrance bottles, crystal objects, ceramic vessels, and decorative items
- Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and prototypes using both traditional and digital methods
- Collaborate with innovation, master craftsmen, production teams, and brand managers to translate concepts into manufacturable products
- Research and integrate emerging technologies in ceramics, glass, mold making and surface treatments
- Attention to detail like color palettes, textures, and finishes appropriate for luxury market positioning
- Present design concepts and prototypes to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure designs align with brand identity while pushing creative boundaries
- Work within manufacturing constraints while maintaining uncompromising quality standards
Required Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in industrial Design, with specialization or substantial coursework in one or more of the following:
- Ceramics
- Glass Art
- Leather accessories
- Product Design
- Sculpture
- 3D Design
- 3D Printing
Technical Skills Essential
- Ceramics expertise: Hand-building, wheel throwing, slip casting, mold making, glazing techniques
- Glass working knowledge: Understanding of crystal cutting methods, glass, or kiln-formed glass processes
- Digital design proficiency: 3D modeling software (Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar) and all leading design software
- Rendering capabilities: KeyShot, V-Ray, or comparable visualization tools
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, for presentations and concept development
- Strong foundation in form, proportion, and spatial relationships
Technical Skills Highly Desirable
- CAD/CAM for ceramic and glass production
- Experience with 3D printing for rapid prototyping
- CNC machining knowledge for mold creation
- Digital fabrication techniques (laser cutting, parametric design)
- Understanding of material science related to ceramics and glass
- Knowledge of sustainable and innovative materials in luxury goods

- Fresh, Exceptional eye for detail, proportion, and refinement
- Strong understanding of luxury aesthetics and high-end market expectations
- Ability to balance innovation with brand cues
- Color theory expertise and sensitivity to surface quality
