We are delighted to be partnered with a growing Interior Design Studio in Abu Dhabi, currently seeking a Junior Interior Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have some experience delivering high-end residential projects and be keen to support projects from concept through to completion.

This studio works on high-end residential development projects across the UAE, collaborating with major developers to deliver sophisticated, contemporary interiors. Their portfolio includes branded residences, premium apartment towers, and urban villas, all defined by quality materials and refined detailing.

You will play a key role in the design and delivery of multiple projects. You will contribute to concept development, produce detailed design packages, and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design process across all project stages, from concept to completion
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and presentations aligned with project briefs
• Prepare detailed drawings, FF&E packages, and specifications
• Coordinate with senior designers, CAD technicians, and 3D visualisers
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to support project delivery
• Assist in maintaining design quality and consistency across projects
• Attend client meetings and contribute to presentations where required

Candidate Requirements

• 1-3 years interior design experience, ideally within high-end residential projects
• Experience in concept development, detailing, and FF&E selection
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (Revit is a plus)
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction processes
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
