Junior Investment Analyst

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Investment Analyst (13 year of experience) to support our fundraising activities and financial planning processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance and investment concepts who is eager to gain hands-on experience in fundraising, financial modeling, and investor engagement.

You will work closely with senior leadership to support the preparation of investment materials, conduct research, gather internal data from various departments, and contribute to the overall execution of the funding round.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research to support market analysis, financial assumptions, and investor materials

Coordinate with various internal departments (finance, HR, operations, marketing) to collect relevant data for financial models and investor updates

Assist in building and maintaining the data room for the investment round

Support financial modeling and valuation by providing reliable inputs and documenting key assumptions

Prepare PowerPoint presentations and internal reports for investors and management

Track and update progress on investor communications and fundraising materials

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

01 year of relevant experience (including internships)

Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation principles, and investment processes

Strong research and analytical skills

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience:

Previous internship or exposure to a VC, PE firm, or investment environment

Familiarity with financial due diligence and investment documentation is a plus
