Junior IT Coordinator / IT Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Coordinator / IT Coordinator to support the daily IT operations of the organization. The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support, maintain IT systems and equipment, assist with network and user administration, and ensure smooth delivery of IT services across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Set up workstations, user accounts, email accounts, and system access for new employees.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure system availability.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
  • Perform software installations, updates, and security patches.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and inventory.
  • Support backup and recovery processes to ensure data protection.
  • Assist in implementing IT projects and system improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity standards.
  • Document support requests and resolutions using the IT ticketing system.
  • Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and office technology.
  • Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Coordination.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered for junior-level positions.
