Job Description

We are looking for an IT Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of IT systems, electronic payment gateways, and low-current systems in general, with the ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Handle and support electronic payment gateways and ensure their proper operation
Support and troubleshoot low-current systems and related technical solutions
Monitor system performance and identify technical issues proactively
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
Maintain proper documentation of IT systems, issues, and maintenance activities
Ensure IT systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and securely
Provide day-to-day technical assistance to employees and resolve IT-related problems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2-3 years of relevant experience in IT
Good understanding of electronic payment gateways
Good knowledge of low-current systems and related technologies
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues
