Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Biology, Microbiology, Food Sciences.
• Experience: Fresh Graduate.
• Skills: MS Excel
• Language: English, Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests per the defined lab methods if needed, to support Lab Technician.
• Report the process control related issues to superior to take the required action.
• Perform samples preparations as per sampling plan for weight analysis and packaging integrity tests.
• Refill hygiene and sanitation paraphernalia, dispensers and disinfectant in Tetra production hall.
• Keep the HOLD AREA clean and segregate the products in questions received through NCR, Customer Complaints and Out of Specs.
• Keep the General Laboratory and its facilities clean to ensure that cleanliness is maintained as per the daily GLP checklist.
• Act as a custodian to GMP practices and ensure that these are being followed in order achieve set targets for audits.
• Perform routine tests controls for the product quality parameters to achieve full compliance with approved standards.
• Carry out additional relevant tasks as advised by the direct supervisor.
• Follow all BCR safety instructions and procedures and report any safety hazards or near misses immediately to the safety officer.
