Role : Junior Lawyer - Enforcement
Location : ADIB HQ
Role Purpose:
To support litigation team in managing legal cases, executions and enforcement files.
Key Accountabilities of the role
Report to Legal Counsel:
Assist and Handling litigation cases and execution files related to court judgments and legal claims.Track execution actions and follow up with relevant authorities when required.Maintain organized case files and legal documentationUpdate and maintain case records in the e-case system, update and upload court documents, hearings decisions and results in the e-case system.Prepare legal opinion, internal and external legal reports.Coordinate with internal and stakeholders to obtain documents required for legal cases.Provide cases status updates to internal stakeholders when requested. Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in law
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and file management skills.
