What You'll Do
- Manage Project Lifecycles: Build basic translation workflows, set realistic schedules, and track project progress from handoff to final delivery.
- Keep Multi-Tasking Sharp: Simultaneously oversee various files and projects while keeping quality standards high and details locked down.
- Communicate Globally: Act as the central communication bridge between internal teams, linguists, and clients with clear, professional English.
- Master Tech Workflows: Leverage CAT tools and Translation Management Systems (TMS) to streamline file prep, leverage translation memories, and optimize delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or translation management within the localization industry.
- English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1/C2 level).
- Tool Knowledge: Working knowledge or hands-on familiarity with CAT & TMS platforms (e.g., Trados, Phrase, memoQ).
- Organizational Mastery: Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems on the fly, and meet strict deadlines without sacrificing attention to detail.
