Junior Logistics Executive (Fluent English Speakers)

Are you a detail-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment We're looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our shipments move accurately, safely, and efficiently every single day.

What You Will Do:

-Build and plan trailer loads based on shipment requirements, route schedules, and legal weight limits.

-Maximize trailer cube utilization and balance weight distribution for safe, efficient transport.

-Determine proper loading sequence to guarantee smooth unloading at each destination.

-Work closely with pickers, forklift drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse leads to ensure the right freight is loaded at the right time.

-Provide clear load plans and communicate special handling instructions.

-Adapt quickly to last-minute changes from customers or transportation teams.

-Ensure all outbound trailers comply with DOT regulations, weight restrictions, and company safety policies.

-Verify load securement and stability before departure.

-Identify and report damaged, unsafe, or noncompliant freight to prevent delays and protect product q

quality.

What We're Looking For:

-Fluent English Speakers is a must (at least B2)

-Experience in logistics, load planning, warehouse operations, or transportation (preferred).

-Strong communication and teamwork skills.

-Ability to stay calm, organized, and accurate in a fast-moving environment.

-Knowledge of DOT weight regulations and safe loading practices is a plus.

-Familiarity with WMS/TMS systems is an advantage.
