Junior Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Intern

Matcha Club is looking for a creative, motivated and hands-on Junior Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Intern to join our team in Dubai.

You'll work closely alongside our Creative Director & Marketing Manager, supporting the day-to-day marketing, content and creative needs across Matcha Club and our different locations.

This is a junior role perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across social media, content creation, campaigns, events and production in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with day-to-day marketing tasks and projects

• Helping create and schedule social media content

• Assisting with posting and managing our social channels

• Creating visuals and marketing assets using Canva

• Supporting content, campaign and production shoots

• Helping with shoot preparation, props, moodboards and coordination

• Assisting with events, activations and brand collaborations

• Supporting the marketing team across ongoing projects

Who we're looking for:

• A recent graduate, intern or someone at the beginning of their marketing career

• Creative, organized, proactive and eager to learn

• Strong Canva skills are required

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social trends

• An interest in content creation, branding, fashion, fitness, wellness and lifestyle

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where every day can look different

• Content creation, photography and/or video skills are a plus

• UAE driving licence and ability to drive is highly preferred

• Based in Dubai
