Junior Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Manage and update CRM systems, including lead tracking and segmentation
• Support website updates, landing page coordination, and basic website maintenance
• Assist with remarketing and retargeting campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Provide basic IT support related to marketing tools, systems, and software
• Ensure proper data management and campaign documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing
• Basic knowledge of website development and landing pages
• Experience with CRM management (Bitrix24 preferred)
• Basic understanding of remarketing / retargeting strategies
• Basic knowledge of IT support and troubleshooting
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Real estate marketing experience will be considered a strong advantage
