The Trade Marketing Executive role supports the aim to maximize profits by assisting in the development and execution of key marketing strategies and plans that match brand and marketing requirements. The role will help ensure the development and oversight of key marketing strategies and marketing plans to promote the brand and product across the GCC. It also entails assisting with elements of creative, analytical, digital, commercial, and administrative responsibilities.
Role & Description
Marketing
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing key marketing strategies and plans for ATL, TTL, and BTL campaigns for the brands.
- Help plan monthly and annual consumer promotion plans for retail and distributors in consultation with retail, operations, Brand Managers, and distributors.
- Help evaluate marketing investments for effectiveness and suggest strategies to increase the return on marketing investment.
- Assist in planning monthly social media content, content calendars, and copy for use in brand and distributor social media platforms.
- Work closely with the graphic and studio team to assist in managing and executing the briefs for shoots, advertising campaigns, marketing collaterals, and all brand content requirements.
Budgeting and Reporting
- Planning and monitoring the marketing budget allocation and spending on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis on ATL, TTL, and BTL campaigns.
- Assist in reporting marketing expenses on a monthly basis.
- Assist in preparing and reporting post-campaign analysis of all marketing campaigns and promotions.
Marketing Co-ordination
- Assist in coordinating and working with the Retail and distribution channels to understand and meet their requirements for consumer and staff promotions, tactical campaigns, and other marketing requirements.
- Assist in coordinating with local suppliers and agencies for quotations, negotiations, deliveries, and payments.
- Help coordinate with other external and internal agencies and suppliers for order placements and printing and collateral material.
Pre-requisites
- Should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree or an MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute.
- Should have up to 1-2 years of work experience in the field of Marketing, with a strong interest or initial exposure to fashion and lifestyle brands in the UAE, preferably within the watch industry.
- Should be enthusiastic, eager to learn and adapt, flexible, and ready to go the extra mile.
- Should be good with MS Office, especially MS Excel, and must have an eye for detail.
