We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Department in executing campaigns, coordinating daily marketing activities, and contributing to the company's brand growth. Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations and follow up on project timelines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Support the planning and execution of corporate events and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and inquiries, and escalate customer feedback when needed.
- Assist with content scheduling and daily social media activities.
- Maintain marketing databases and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate to 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools is an advantage.
