Junior Marketing Manager

Scope and Impact

The Junior Marketing Manager will oversee the Capri-Sun brands growth in the emerging market region by developing and executing marketing strategies, managing product categories, and ensuring consistent consumer engagement. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external Partners (Distributors and Licensee Partners) to drive sales, market share, and brand visibility.

Brand Strategy

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of brand plans to drive growth and strengthen Capri-Suns market position
  • Identify opportunities for new products, flavours, and formats

Marketing Campaigns

  • Create and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels
  • Collaborate with agencies to produce engaging content and materials

Product And Category Management

  • Brief laboratory on product recipes and coordinate with R&D team on product development
  • Help launch new products from scratch: from recipe innovation, financial feasibility, to packaging and roll out in market
  • Manage regulatory requirement application into packaging development

Market Insights

  • Analyse consumer trends (retail audits, Brand health monitors) and market data to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Monitor competitors and evaluate brand performance regularly

Trade And Retail Support

  • Partner with Sales teams to create retail promotions, POS materials, and in-store activations
  • Ensure strong brand presence in key channels like supermarkets, schools, and e-commerce
  • Make sure all POS material is brand compliant
  • Collaborate on Joint Business Plan & Quarterly Business Reviews with Partners (Distributors & Licensee Partners)

Budget Management

  • Help manage the Marketing budget and track the return on investment for campaigns

Inter- Company Stakeholders

  • Work with all stakeholders in Global teams to ensure that application of Global guidelines is followed
  • Provide support to Global team for reporting
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain team for SKUs creation and data management

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in Brand Management, preferably in FMCG or beverages
  • Strong analytical, creative, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Fluent in English, Arabic and ideally also French
  • In possession of unrestricted work permit in the UAE
