Make your career real with Hilti We're looking for an individual who wants to kickstart their career with an exciting Logistics role. This role will be part of our Material Management team, which is part of the Middle East and Africa Regional Office.
What You'll do As the Junior Materials Manager, your key responsibility will be to support the Materials Manager in owning and driving the process of managing the flow of materials for the Hilti Stores and Vans, ensuring that there is an optimization of stock and service level at all locations in line with company objectives (Stock Availability, Customer Satisfaction/Sales order execution, Days on Hand, Obsolescence).
Based on your ability and performance, additional projects will be assigned to you to further develop your skills and to offer insight into various functions within logistics.
What You'll Bring UAE National with UAE Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law)
Bachelor's degree in business fields required (focus in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering preferred)
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and to be detail oriented and well organized
Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Basic understanding and use of Excel
Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
A high level of motivation, proactive mindset and a continuous improvement mentality
Based in Dubai; or willing to commute or relocate from within the UAE
