Job Title: Junior Mechanical Design Engineer
Work Location: Fifth Settlement, New Cairo
Job Summary
ONA Electric Industries is looking for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, specifically Sheet Metal Design in SolidWorks.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in designing sheet metal parts, preparing manufacturing drawings, and supporting production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components with a strong focus on Sheet Metal Design.
- Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Prepare technical documentation and production drawings.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are optimized for manufacturing.
- Support design modifications and continuous product improvement.
- Prepare reports and documentation using MS Office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SolidWorks and Sheet Metal Design.
Technical Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (Sheet Metal experience is mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Sheet Metal Design and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to prepare manufacturing drawings and technical documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- KeyShot is a plus.

Salary
Net Salary: EGP 10,000 – 15,000 (Based on experience, technical skills, and interview evaluation).
