Job Description

We're looking for a Junior Multimedia Video Producer to join our MENA Brand Communications team at Guinness World Records. In this hands-on role, you'll film, edit, and deliver engaging video content tailored for social and digital platforms from TikTok and Instagram to YouTube.

This role is perfect for an early-career videographer who thrives as a one-person crew, confident capturing content solo while occasionally collaborating with producers or freelance crew. You'll combine technical expertise, creative storytelling, and an eye for digital trends to bring our brand to life.

What You'll Do:

  • Independently plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media and digital channels.
  • Operate Sony FX series cameras and mobile devices in varied environments (office, studio, events, locations).
  • Set up and manage lighting and audio equipment during solo shoots.
  • Edit footage into polished short- and long-form content with graphics, captions, and sound design.
  • Organize and manage project workflow, files, and archiving.
  • Optimize content for different platforms (aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, formats).
  • Occasionally collaborate with freelance crew or external creatives for larger productions.
  • Produce simple storyboards and pre-production documents to support shoots.
  • Stay on top of evolving social media trends, platform innovations, and production best practices.
  • Represent the brand professionally on set, filming talent, events, or behind-the-scenes content.

What You Bring:

  • Degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 12 years of professional videography or content production experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Sony FX series cameras and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with audio mixing, sound design, or scoring basics.
  • Basic motion graphics or 2D animation skills (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus.
  • Self-sufficient, organized, and adaptable; confident as a single shooter.
  • Good eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling under varying conditions.
  • Strong understanding of current social media video trends, especially short-form content.
  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive with excellent time management.
  • Collaborative mindset when working with agencies, freelancers, or internal teams.
