Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior On-Ground Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will conduct field visits, meet restaurant decision-makers, present our software solutions, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily on-ground visits to restaurants, cafs, and food service businesses.
  • Present and demonstrate the company's software products to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Prepare daily and weekly visit reports.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
  • Represent the company professionally in the market.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in sales, preferably field sales or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
  • Good understanding of technology and software (training provided).
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • A valid driving license is a plus.
