Job Overview:We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior On-Ground Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will conduct field visits, meet restaurant decision-makers, present our software solutions, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily on-ground visits to restaurants, cafs, and food service businesses.
- Present and demonstrate the company's software products to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Prepare daily and weekly visit reports.
- Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth sales cycle.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in sales, preferably field sales or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Good understanding of technology and software (training provided).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- A valid driving license is a plus.
