Junior Operations – Fashion Retail

Role Overview

We are looking for an organised, proactive Junior Operations Coordinator to support daily fashion retail operations, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and assist with order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

* Receive deliveries and check quantities, sizes, colours, and product condition.

* Maintain accurate inventory records and organise the stockroom.

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.

* Assist with stock counts and report discrepancies, damaged items, or missing stock.

* Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams.

* Support online order preparation, packaging, dispatch, returns, and exchanges.

* Ensure products are correctly tagged, priced, and ready for sale.

* Prepare basic stock and delivery reports.

* Support store launches, events, and other activities when required.

Requirements

* 2-4 years of experience in retail operations, inventory, logistics, or a similar role; fashion retail experience is preferred.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Comfortable using Excel, inventory systems, and retail software.

* Good communication and follow-up skills.

* Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks.

* Willingness to support hands-on store and stockroom tasks.

* Excellent command of English and Arabic.

* Availability to work retail shifts, including weekends.
