Role: Junior Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Junior Oracle Cloud ERP Consultant to join our growing team and support Oracle ERP projects across solution design, implementation, client engagements, and presales activities.

The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and/or Oracle EBS, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within a consulting environment.

Location: New Cairo, Egypt

Key Responsibilities

* Support the design and delivery of Oracle ERP solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.

* Participate in technical discussions, client meetings, workshops, and presentations.

* Understand business requirements and support the team in translating them into effective Oracle solutions.

* Assist with solution estimation, project planning, and technical documentation.

* Support Proof-of-Concept initiatives and solution validation.

* Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and offshore teams.

* Work closely with senior team members to learn and apply best practices in Oracle ERP implementations.

* Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.

* Help identify technical risks, dependencies, and potential solutions.

* Support presales activities throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

Requirements

* 1-2 years of professional experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and/or Oracle EBS.

* Basic to good understanding of Oracle ERP concepts and processes.

* Academic or practical exposure to Oracle ERP implementations is a plus.

* Interest in solution design and business process transformation.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Willingness to learn new technologies and develop consulting skills.

* Fluent in English and Arabic.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow.

* Willingness to travel when required.
