OneBullEx is a next-generation centralized exchange (CEX) designed for speed, precision, and automation. We are seeking a motivated Junior Paralegal (Part-Time) to join our team to support our legal and compliance framework as we scale our digital asset ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Exchange Documentation: Assist in drafting and reviewing Terms of Service, User Agreements, and Risk Disclosures specifically for crypto spot and derivatives trading.
- Corporate Secretarial: Support the management of corporate filings and regulatory documentation across various regional and international jurisdictions.
- Liaison & Licensing: Coordinate with regulatory bodies and financial institutions to support exchange licensing and banking relationships.
- Internal Audits: Assist in maintaining legal repositories and ensuring that all platform operations align with evolving UAE digital asset laws.
- Compliance Support: Monitor key regulatory deadlines and assist with the legal aspects of KYC/AML protocol updates.

- Web3 Native: Passionate about the digital asset space and staying ahead of regulatory trends in the CEX and AI trading landscape.
- Proactive & Organized: Highly capable of managing multiple legal workstreams and documentation reviews simultaneously.
- Adaptable: Comfortable working in the high-pressure, fast-paced environment of a global crypto exchange.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a related discipline.
- Experience: 02 years of experience as a paralegal or legal intern. Experience within FinTech, Crypto, or a VASP (Virtual Asset Service Provider) is highly preferred.
- Digital Asset Knowledge: A strong understanding of the crypto landscape, including the mechanics of futures trading and the VARA regulatory framework.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in legal research and comfortable working with modern legal-tech and project management tools.
- Language: Native-level fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory.
