Role Description The Junior Personal Secretary role at Direction RED is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. This role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating daily activities for designated leaders. The Junior Personal Secretary will handle correspondence, organize documents, prepare basic reports, and maintain orderly filing systems. The role includes arranging travel, managing logistics for internal and external meetings, and supporting in the preparation of presentations and meeting materials. The successful candidate will ensure timely communication, provide general administrative support, and help streamline workflows to enable leadership to focus on high-impact strategic tasks.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, including calendar coordination, task prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication skills, including clear written correspondence, professional phone etiquette, and basic report preparation.
  • Candidates should possess proficiency in office software tools, such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation creation, and email and scheduling platforms.
  • Candidates should possess skills in document handling and record-keeping, including filing, data entry, and maintaining confidential information securely.
  • Candidates should possess interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership, internal teams, and external partners in a professional manner.
  • Relevant qualifications include a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in a secretarial or administrative support role, fluency in English and Arabic, and familiarity with marketing or corporate environments.
