We are looking for a
Junior Plant Maintenance & CMMS Engineer to support the preparation of maintenance procedures, equipment structures and maintenance calendars within a manufacturing plant.
The consultant will work under the guidance of senior maintenance specialists and directly support shopfloor data collection, equipment verification and CMMS documentation.
Main Responsibilities
- Collect and review plant asset and equipment information.
- Support the preparation of Standard Maintenance Procedures.
- Document maintenance steps, tools, frequencies, safety points and estimated durations.
- Assist in reviewing equipment coding and machine hierarchies.
- Prepare equipment data for the Prometeo CMMS.
- Compare the CMMS machine list with installed plant equipment.
- Support the preparation of Preventive Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance calendars.
- Maintain documentation trackers and action lists.
- Participate in plant workshops and shopfloor validation.
- Support the preparation of final handover documentation.
Qualifications
- Degree or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance or Industrial Engineering.
- Between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant.
- Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and maintenance documentation.
- Exposure to CMMS platforms and equipment master data.
- SAP PM exposure is preferred.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
- Professional English and Arabic communication skills.
