Job Description

We are seeking a motivated PMO Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering construction projectsfrom planning through closeout. The ideal candidate will bring a foundational understanding of construction management, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project teams with organizational and administrative tasks to keep projects moving forward.
  • Assist with documentation and record-keeping for multiple projects, including reports, plans, and correspondences.
  • Help maintain schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating meetings and communications between stakeholders.
  • Support the PMO with data entry, file management, and basic reporting as needed.
  • Contribute to the preparation and coordination of project-related meetings, reviews, and milestone tracking.
  • Assist with resource coordination and general project logistics as directed by supervisors.
  • Support compliance and quality assurance activities by ensuring proper documentation and process adherence.
  • Facilitate issue tracking and follow-up on action items to help keep projects on track.
  • Provide general administrative support to project managers and the PMO as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is a must
  • Fresh graduates with Bachelor's degree in Construction Management are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency with written and spoken English.
