We are seeking a motivated PMO Coordinator to support our project management team in delivering construction projectsfrom planning through closeout. The ideal candidate will bring a foundational understanding of construction management, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset. Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project teams with organizational and administrative tasks to keep projects moving forward.
- Assist with documentation and record-keeping for multiple projects, including reports, plans, and correspondences.
- Help maintain schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating meetings and communications between stakeholders.
- Support the PMO with data entry, file management, and basic reporting as needed.
- Contribute to the preparation and coordination of project-related meetings, reviews, and milestone tracking.
- Assist with resource coordination and general project logistics as directed by supervisors.
- Support compliance and quality assurance activities by ensuring proper documentation and process adherence.
- Facilitate issue tracking and follow-up on action items to help keep projects on track.
- Provide general administrative support to project managers and the PMO as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management is a must

- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
