Responsibilities:
- TakingresponsibilityforscopingandplanningUXprojects.
- Engagingwithproductmanagement,engineering,businessstakeholders,andthird-partyvendorstounderstandtheproject.
- Conductingconceptandusabilitytestingandgatheringfeedback.
- Leveraginguserresearch,tomakeproductimprovements.
- Developingandpresentingdocumentation,userflows,annotatedwireframes,interactiveprototypes,personasandotherresearchartifacts.
- Creatingandmaintainingusabilitydocumentation.
- Demonstratingtrackrecordwithapplyingbestpracticesinusabilityheuristics
- Ensuringthatestablisheddesignstandardsareconsistentlyandappropriatelyappliedwithindesignwork.
- Communicatingregularlywiththeagiledevelopmentteamthroughdevelopmentsprints.
- Building acleanandeffectiveuserexperience.
- Gatheringrequirementsfromtheproductmanagement,engineering,andbusinessstakeholdersandbeingabletobuildsolutionsthatfitthoseneeds.
- Initiatingandcarryingoutcontinueduserresearchanddiscovery.
- Creatingandupdatinguserpersonas,userjourneysandsitemaps.
- Translatingconceptsintowireframes,prototypesanduserflows.
- Solving complex interaction problems, humanizing productideasand developing these ideas into elegant application design.
Must-have:
- Experienceasa ProductDesignerorinasimilarrolefor6+months.
- Deep knowledge of User Centered Design.
- FamiliaritywithDouble Diamond DesignApproach.
- UnderstandingofUXprinciples,personas, UserandUsabilityTestings,AccessibilityPrinciples.
- Good communicationskills and ownership ofidentifyingdesign steps from goals and vision.
- Empathy,abilitytoconnectwithpeopleandensurethattheirneedscomefirst.
- ExperienceinanAgileenvironment.
- Level of English from Upper-Intermediate and above.
