We are also a key distributor for major brands including KYB, CTR Aftermarket, and Asimco. We are launching a strategic project to consolidate our product data into a unified digital catalogstrengthening our competitive edge and enabling faster, smarter commercial decisions worldwide.
Role Purpose
As a Junior PIM Specialist, you will help build and maintain a master product database in Odoo, consolidating and standardizing technical product data from our internal factories and supplier partners. Your work will power a robust cross-referencing tool used by our global sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Data Aggregation & Management
- Collect, clean, and normalize large product datasets from 27 factories for Lucas and Girling brands
- Coordinate with external partners (KYB, CTR, Asimco) to integrate their catalogs and technical data sheets
- Cross-reference products using original equipment (OE) numbers
Data Standardization & Enrichment
- Create and assign unique Lucas and Girling part numbers
- Ensure technical data (dimensions, specifications, applications) is accurate and consistent
- Structure product data for seamless import into Odoo ERP
Process & Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to deliver finalized product data for catalog production
- Manage data uploads, maintenance, and updates inside Odoo's PIM/database module
- Document processes to ensure consistent ongoing data governance
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 13 years of relevant experience (strong recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Priority for graduates in Computer Science / IT / MIS / Data Science / Data Analytics
- Related engineering backgrounds (Industrial/Mechanical) accepted with strong IT aptitude
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)
- Strong data management skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with ERP/PIM systems (Odoo is a plus)
- Basic understanding of relational databases
- Basic scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, VBA) is a plus
- Exposure to the automotive industry/aftermarket is a plus
