We are working with a luxury travel company who is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate has:
- Hands-on experience managing both web and mobile application products, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Driving product improvements from concept to delivery. Experience working with Jira and exposure to the Travel domain will be a strong advantage.
Requirements
- 35 years of product management experience in web and mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Jira / Confluence.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable user stories.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centric design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Travel, OTA, Hospitality, or Aviation domain.
- Understanding of booking flows, inventory systems, payments, and guest lifecycle journeys.
- Exposure to customer journey mapping and conversion funnel optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications in Product Management (optional but a plus).
