Responsabilities
- Support market research and analyze customer feedback to improve existing products and identify new opportunities.
- Assist in developing product category strategies and conducting competitor and pricing analysis.
- Collaborate with R&D on product enhancements and material improvements.
- Support planning and execution of new product launches, including timing based on market trends.
- Participate in monthly catalog planning to ensure proper product visibility and positioning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent product communication across all channels.
- Track performance and prepare reports, presentations, and product briefs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field; internships are welcome.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Canva for presentations.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret basic market data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
