Product / Brand Manager — Marketing (MEA)

We are recruiting on behalf of an international specialty pharmaceutical company building its marketing presence across the MEA region from its Dubai hub. This is a hands-on brand ownership role for a marketer who wants to shape brand strategy, drive launches, and grow alongside a company investing in the region.
Your role
- Own and develop brand plans for assigned products across the GCC and Levant markets
- Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market execution
- Build and manage KOL relationships and healthcare professional engagement
- Work closely with local distributor partners from the principal side, shaping and aligning regional marketing strategy
- Translate market and competitive insights into positioning, messaging, and tactical plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams
- Apply modern digital and AI-based tools to create smarter, more creative promotional and marketing materials
Your profile
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Solid foundation in pharmaceutical product or brand marketing, ideally with regional (GCC / Levant) exposure
- Experience working with or through local distributors is a strong advantage
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the confidence to bring new ideas
- Digital and data-driven approach, with genuine interest in AI-supported marketing
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; English required, Arabic a plus
