Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Production Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team in the Gulf. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a passion for supporting production processes and contributing to product development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.
- Support production operations by troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance standards are met.
- Participate in the testing and evaluation of prototypes and final products.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports on project progress and outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in UAE or India.
- Assist in daily production operations to meet targets related to quality, cost, and delivery.
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve process-related issues.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication in English and Hindi.
