Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Property Advisor, based in New Cairo. The Junior Property Advisor will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while providing market insights and investment advice. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property tours, handling property listings, coordinating negotiations, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of property market trends, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Knowledge of Property Management and Investments to provide expert guidance to clients
• Basic understanding of Finance, with the ability to analyze property transactions and provide cost-effective solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with real estate software tools and MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Previous experience in real estate or a customer-facing role is an advantage
