Junior property Consultant

Company Description Egypt Best Properties (EBP) is a real estate marketing company founded in 2005 by a professional real estate team. For nearly 20 years, EBP has provided services to clients from around the world, managing a diverse portfolio for Egyptian buyers and investors, international companies, and local organizations. The company focuses on delivering reliable property marketing and consultancy across residential and commercial segments. EBP operates from three offices covering Greater Cairo, specifically New Cairo, 6th of October City, and Sheikh Zayed. The team is committed to long-term client relationships and high-quality service standards.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Property Consultant role based in 6th of October City. The Junior Property Consultant will support clients in identifying suitable properties, arranging viewings, and providing accurate information on pricing, locations, and investment potential. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining client records, updating property listings, and coordinating with senior consultants and internal teams. The role also involves assisting with sales negotiations, preparing basic documentation, and following up with clients to ensure a smooth transaction process. The successful candidate will contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining a professional, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with an interest in property markets and basic understanding of local real estate trends.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to listen, explain options clearly, and build trust with diverse clients.
• Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, including lead follow-up, opportunity identification, and support in closing deals.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field are beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment are preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with good spoken and written English and Arabic, is an advantage.
• Previous experience or internships in real estate or sales are beneficial but not mandatory for motivated entry-level candidates.
